Level Editor
Just as the original game, the new version of Lode Runner features a level editor, which lets you:
— Modify existing levels, if you find some of them too easy or too challenging, so they match your skill.
— Construct new levels once you are done with all those the game features.
— Challenge other Lode Runner fans with your homebrew levels and try to beat theirs.
— Send us the levels you create, so that we can include them into new versions of the game.

Go beyond just playing Lode Runner, get creative, socialize, do whatever you want!
— User-friendly interface allows you to easily add a new level, and edit or remove an existing one.
— Keyboard shortcuts allow you to switch between drawing tools with one button hit, that is, to quickly edit a level or construct a brand new from scratch.
Download free trial version of Lode Runner. To use Level Editor do the following:
- Open Start menu.
- (All) Programs → ZX Games → Lode Runner → Level Editor.
- Once finished, click the Save button on the toolbar.
- To play the new set of levels, start Lode Runner (or restart, if the game is already running).
Note: Modified set of levels is not applied to a saved game, which is stored in the file named lr.sav along with original levels, so you need to start a new game.
